Denae D'Arcy anchors KVAL News at 11. She also produces and reports the "Saving You Money" segments on KVAL News at 5 and 11. If you have an idea or question about how to save money, email Denae at ddarcy@kval.com. She is always researching new ways to stretch a dollar.

Denae is a seasoned journalist with 8 years of on-air experience and international news experience. She's happy to be back in the U.S. after living in London for two years, earning her Master's Degree in International Journalism from The University of Westminster and freelance reporting. She covered war training with NATO forces in Denmark and the opening of a specialty UK business in Venice, Italy.

Before coming to KVAL, Denae was an anchor and reporter at WKRC in Cincinnati, for three years; WATE in Knoxville, Tennessee as an anchor and reporter for two years; and morning anchor at WYMT in Hazard, Kentucky for one year.

Beginning her career in Atlanta, Denae also interned at CNN and trained with Headline News anchors. In her spare time, Denae writes travel articles for Avantoure magazine, an international on-line publication, and has published work in Arrivals and Departures, an Australian magazine.
