Heart Gallery - Tanten and Tobias
By KVAL(Shelly Kurtz - speaking) In this morning's Heart Gallery....I want to introduce you to Tanten and Tobias. I tried to shoot a story with them last week, but they had to cancel, due to a cold....but I'm hopeful that we'll be able to reschedule soon. Tanten is 12.... three words to describe him:...bright, resilient and hardworking. He enjoys reading, sports and plays the piano. Tanten is coming into his own....his foster parents say he's great to be around....although he keeps his feelings to himself. Tobias is 10 and in the third grade. He's affectionate, friendly, helpful, and easily entertained. Tobias has a winning smile. Both boys love riding bikes and doing outdoorsy things....like camping and fishing. The boys would do best in a family with a mom and dad. Because they're athletic and active, they need engaged parents... and they need to be the youngest children in the family or the only children. Also, they need adoptive parents who will honor their African-American heritage and help them learn more about it.
