What's in Al's Crock Pot? Crock Pot Taco Soup
By KVAL Morning CrewCrock Pot Taco Soup Recipe by Sara Martin 2 lbs of ground hamburger, turkey or chicken 1 pk taco seasoning 1 small can of chopped black olives 2 cans whole kernel corn with liquid 2 cans red kidney beans, drained 2 (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce 1 large can of whole tomatoes 1 can stewed tomatoes
Brown hamburger meat in skillet, and drain grease. Add to crock pot. Then add all the other canned ingredients into the pot, stir in the taco seasoning and combine well. Simmer all day on low. You can top the soup with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and/or sour cream. Also good to eat with corn bread. |
