Couple upset to see storm damaged home in Allstate commercial
A New York couple who lost their home in Superstorm Sandy isn't just unhappy about their insurance claim. They're upset that the company is now using their home in a commercial. Maurice DuBois has the story.
I was with Allstate years ago and you are NOT "In good hands with Allstate". Â Paid premiums for over 10 years and when we finally needed them for 3 claims in one year that did not total over $3,000.00 we were canceled. Â Was told by agent that it was excessive and that we shouldn't have filed for the small issues. Â I thought that is what insurance was for because they were happy to take my $$ for all those years without any claims. Â Insurance is a ripp off .
