Thanks in part to a vehicle from Jeep, some generous donations and strangers willing to share their couches a young man plans to spend the year traveling the United States.

23-Year old Justin Sailor graduated from Michigan State University with Degrees in Advertising and Sociology. Passion, determination and generous donations are leading him, literally, all over the united states pursuing his dream.

"My big idea is the coolest thing to do is put all of my interests all of my hobbies into one job, you know which included my degrees in sociology and advertising but also Ive always loved photography, journal writing and web design."

He created his own job.

"I came up with the idea, just travel to all 50 states, stay with people I've never met and you know document American life see how people live, seek adventure, try new things and have the best year of my life."

His idea's catching on across the nation. He's been the morning guest with Randy from the Smith and Wesson morning show on best country 103, he's also going to be the featured guest of Naomi Judd's new morning talk show on the Hallmark channel.

As he prepares to leave Roseburg and head to California he says one thing this experience is teaching him is that it's never too late to pursue your dreams.

"I can't say enough for how big of a dream this was to me. I was wondering how on earth am i going to pull this off, the fund raising, the people and a full year all on my own. If you really stick your heart and mind into it, i know how generic that sounds, but it's true that you can set out and do just about anything you want."

From the town of Barago, Michigan, population about 12-hundred, Justin Sailor has driven nearly 8-thousand miles.

He leaves Roseburg on the 75th day of his journey and heads down 101, through the Redwoods and into California, you can keep track of him on line by logging onto www.hometowninvasion.com.
