Attorneys say Halle Berry, ex settle dispute
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress' home.
The fisticuffs involved Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries.
Aubry obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez. The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their 4-year-old daughter for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.
Blair Berk, an attorney for Berry, and Shawn Holley, who represents Aubry, released a statement after Thursday's hearing that said the two sides had reached an amicable agreement.
No details were released, and the attorneys declined to answer questions.

P.S. I really hope that Gabriel beat the living crap out of Halle's soon to be ex-fiance'. Stay strong Gabriel and keep up the fight for your daughter! I know you will because it's very obvious that you love her dearly and that you're a great Dad. The fact that you need to fight for her at all though is pathetic. Great parenting Halle....
For Halle Berry to intentionally try to keep her daughter from her Father is soooo backwards. She clearly is a very self-serving person.Â
 @Stephanie Breen Hallie is trying to move on with her life, and she can't do that with the violence Aubry keeps presenting.  Aubry can go out and make more children, Hallie can't.  I know this because I am Hallie's age, have a 4 year old too, and am trying to have more, but can't because of my ago  again you stupid stupid stupid stupid little girl
