ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Douglas County Sheriff's deputies responded to a disturbance early Sunday morning, where they found a Roseburg man had been stabbed in the neck.

Deputies were called to a residence in the 600 block of Clover Ave. around 4:40 a.m., where they say they discovered Milton Jimmy Ocumpaugh, 28, who had a stab wound to his neck.

During the investigation police learned that four adults had been partying in the home of Ocumpaugh, when Drusky allegedly started tearing up the house. Police say Ocumpaugh tried to stop him, and Drusky stabbed him in the neck with a kitchen knife.

Drusky left the residence before police arrived, but officers from the Roseburg Police Department located him nearby and arrested him.

He was charged with Assault II, Criminal Mischief II and Harassment.

Ocumpaugh was taken to Mercy Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Drusky is being held in the Douglas County Jail on almost $259,000 bail.
