UO to host Natty watch party at Mac Court

The University of Oregon will host a watch party for the BCS National Championship game Jan. 10 at Mac Court.

The free event will be open to the public with seating for 6,000.
Tickets will be available at http://watchparty.uoregon.edu to UO students first, beginning 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4.
The general public can get tickets beginning Thursday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m. Tickets must be reserved at the website and printed to gain entry into the event.
Doors will open at 4 p.m. Seating is general admission on a first-come basis. ESPN pre-game, half-time and post-game shows will be shown in their entirety. There will be no re-admittance into Mac Court allowed.
The Duck Store will have BCS merchandise available and the Oregon Daily Emerald will be available for pre-ordering copies of the ““Duck Season: Oregon’s Magical Flight to the National Title Game” book.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages will be allowed. Items not allowed are: glass containers; metal cans; weapons; fireworks, explosives, or munitions; alcohol or alcoholic beverages or freezes; vacuum bottles and other similar insulated containers (thermos-type containers); and open plastic beverage containers, unless empty.
