Fisherman vanishes off Oregon Coast

By Associated Press and KVAL.comNEHALEM BAY, Ore. -- The U.S. Coast Guard found an overturned skiff Friday but not a Washington state fisherman lost off Oregon's north coast.
A Coast Guard helicopter found the 12-foot boat about two miles from the bay. Tillamook County authorities say Shaw and his wife were staying on the bay at Wheeler, and she reported him missing after he didn't return from fishing Thursday. Crews from several agencies searched both sea and land. The Coast Guard has suspended its search, but county search and rescue workers searched Saturday.
