ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department wants the public's input on the new playground set at Stewart Park.

The city will be replacing the 17-year-old wooden play set with some new structures.

They are interested in hearing ideas from parents and their kids on what the new structure should have.

Program Manager Barbara Taylor said, "We just really would like to take the opportunity, as long as we are getting all new play equipment, to really know it's the type of equipment the community would like to see there."

There are several different options of new equipment the public can weigh in on.

The meeting will be Thursday night at 5:30 in the Douglas County Library meeting room.
