State police seek missing man

ROSEBURG, Ore. - Oregon's state police on converging on Roseburg, in search of a California man reported missing by the California Sheriff’s office in Sonoma County.

Oregon State Police said 42-year-old Jeffrey Andrew Ensley of Santa Rosa, Calif., was last seen late-Friday morning in the area of Interstate 5 about 15 miles south of Cottage Grove.

Ensley was reported to be on foot in the area, on Nov. 13, around 11 a.m. 

A California state trooper reported locating a 1991 Honda four-door car, believed to be associated with Ensley, near milepost 160.

Ensley is described as a white male, 5-feet-10-inches tall, medium build with brown hair with a short beard. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black sweater and tan pants.

Oregon State Police and area law enforcement agencies have been in the Roseburg area trying to find Ensley. Police said he may have been picked up by a passing motorist traveling through the area. 

Anyone with information regarding his location is asked to call Oregon State Police Southern Command Center dispatch at (541) 776-6111.
