ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Whether your driving 'em or admiring them, several dozen vintage, hot-rod and classic cars were a part of the 33rd annual car show put on by the Umpqua Flatheads and Stray Angels Car Clubs...

Owners showcased anything from their 1940's Chevy Coupe to a '61 Impala and just about everything else in between.

Fifty percent of the proceeds were split between Camp Millennium, a summer camp for kids with cancer and Douglas County Special Materials fund, which provides equipment for children with special needs.

"I love Roseburg and this area for these kinds of things and we've also been at the camp millennium in the fall for the pumpkin patch and we try to do all these different kinds of things," said John Amorosco, holding his three year old son.

The Amoroso's weren't the only father son pair... families shared the experience with their kids or grandchildren...many of which are the same ages of the children benefiting from the cause.

"I think when you have your own small child with you it really puts a face to the kids, that that could be their child," said Camp Millennium Support Staff Tawni Henlin.

In the past 32 years of the event, the car show has raised over $125,000 to local children's charities.
