ROSEBURG, Ore. -- If you've missed watching cowboys try to hold on tight for eight long seconds, you're in luck: Bull riding is back this weekend.

The Mad Dog Bull Riding is taking over the pavilion at the fairgrounds Saturday night.

The event will feature classic bull riding, but will also have barrel racing, team roping, mutton busting and junior bull riding.

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and the event kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door.

You can buy them at the Co-Op, 7 Feathers and Dakota Street Pizza in Sutherlin.

Event organizer Jason Mattox says that the roundup is a little different from the Winter Maddog Bull Riding Series, which will start in February.
