ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested a man after allegedly finding heroin in his vehicle.
Lt. Pat Moore of DINT says they had received information that Timothy Hartsell, 20, a Douglas County resident, was transporting small amounts of heroin throughout the county.
Authorities say they pulled Hartsell's vehicle over Thursday night near exit 127, and found that he had about four grams of heroin.
That was enough to get him charged with unlawful possession and distribution of heroin.
He's currently being held at the Douglas County Jail on $500,000 bail.
