DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. -- Easter is almost here, and rain or shine there are a few events going on to celebrate.
There will be egg hunts galore in the county this weekend. Whatever you do, be sure to share your Easter photos.
Here is a quick look at some of the Easter happenings in our area:
- On Saturday, the annual Roseburg Easter egg hunt is taking place at Stewart Park from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The hunt starts promptly at 10:00 a.m., so organizers advise people to get there a little early.
- There's another egg hunt Saturday in Canyonville at Pioneer Park at 1:00 p.m.
- Myrtle Creek has a hunt of their own at Millsite Park, also at 1:00 p.m. Saturday
- Henry Estate Winery is hosting a family day on Sunday. The event features both an adult and children's Easter egg hunt, dinner, live music and more. It will run from noon to 4:00 p.m., and costs $5 a car load.
