'People really do care. It's amazing'

In this June 10, 2012, photo, Joanne Storch of Corvallis, Ore., works on rebuilding framing on a woodshop on her property. In January Joanne and Bill Storch's woodshop that housed their business, Storch Woodworking, and contained professional carpentry equipment, countless hand tools and keepsake wood pieces, went up in flames. And out of the ashes came a pleasant surprise: friends, family, work associates, neighbors and contractors have lent a helping hand in some way or another.
