Police ID pantsless man accused of ramming school bus on I-5
State police arrested Jonathan Modesitt on Tuesday.

CRESWELL, Ore. -- A man rammed a school bus more than once with his car, forcing both rigs off Interstate 5 on Tuesday.

He then tried to force his way onto the bus armed with a gun - but after taking off his pants.

As police closed in, the suspect drove off, sideswiping another car.

The suspect car veered off the road, crashed through a fence and landed in a pond. The suspect came ashore and surrendered to police.

Police identified the suspect as Jonathan David Modesitt, 38, of Bothell, Washington.

Police jailed Modesitt on Felony Attempt to Elude in a Vehicle, DUII, Reckless Driving, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, misdemeanor Hit & Run - Property Damage, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
