Police: Man who broke window found passed out by dumpster

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg police say they found a 39-year-old Roseburg man passed out by a dumpster, after he allegedly broke out the front door glass of the Rodeo Steakhouse.

Police were called for a report of a possible burglary at the restaurant just after 1:30 a.m. on Friday.

When they arrived, they found the front door glass had been completely broken out.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage, which showed a man throwing a rock through the glass.

Police say he didn't enter the business.

Officers say they found Corey A. Bath, 39, passed out behind a dumpster at Walgreen's, which is right next door.

Bath was identified and arrested.

He was lodged in the Douglas County Jail on charges of second degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
