Police: Wanted man with meth rides bike in front of cop car

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg police say they arrested a wanted man after he rode his bike out in front of a patrol car early Thursday morning.

Police say at around 2:15 am, an officer contacted a man, identified as Sammy Richard Quair, 26, of Roseburg, after he rode his bike in front of an officer at the corner of Pine and Burke streets.

Officers say that Quair had two felony warrants for his arrest for unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine.

Police say that during a search, Quair was found to be in possession of over 4 grams of meth.

Police charged Quair with unlawful possession and delivery of meth, and he was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.
