Police: Woman dropping off juvenile at school was DUII

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg police arrested a 42-year-old woman on Wednesday, after they allege she was driving under the influence when she dropped a juvenile off at a local middle school.
Authorities say they received a report of a possible intoxicated driver that had just dropped off a juvenile at Fremont Middle School.
Police say they located the suspect vehicle and contacted the driver, identified as Rachel T. Baxter, 42, of Roseburg, as she pulled into her driveway.
The officer says Baxter refused to provide him with identification, so she was detained for failure to carry and present a license.
Police say Baxter showed signs of being impaired, and was arrested on several charges, including DUII, refusing a breath test, driving while suspended and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Authorities say Baxter was cited and released from Douglas County Corrections.
A complete lapse in judgement such as this, leads me to question what other bad decisions is she making. "Booze it up, pile spawn in car, dive into school zone . . . seems legit." Baxter fails at life, but she remembered a lady never leaves her house without her pearls.

Cited and release .... scary. Â
 @crazy world That's normal for a DUII.
Not a good thing but did you stop to think how this report may affect her child at school, possible bullying/teasing from other students?
