CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Two Corvallis police officers reunited a family of ducks after rescuing some of the ducklings trapped in a storm drain Saturday morning.

Corvallis Police dispatchers received calls from citizens who said they heard ducklings down in a storm drain at the 300 block of 2nd street.

After arriving on scene, the officers were able to pull a total of nine ducklings from the storm drain and return them to the waiting mother duck and four ducklings.
