ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A man accused of sexually abusing three young girls more than a decade ago pleaded guilty this week.
James Kaineg, 69, pleaded guilty to three counts of first degree child sex abuse.
The three victims went to Kaineg's late wife's daycare.
Authorities say the abuse stemmed from 1998 to 2002.
Sentencing is set to take place in March, but first degree child sex abuse is a Measure 11 crime, which means that Kaineg will spend at least 75 months in jail if the sentences are run concurrently, or 225 months if they're run back to back.
