The City of Roseburg has scheduled a water main shut down that will affect approximately 300 water customers in the Winchester area.
Officials say they will be putting in a new water main between Hooker Road and the water treatment plant on Pioneer Way.
Businesses and residences located on the east side of NE Stephens Street between MaryAnn Lane and Fair Acres Lane will be affected. This includes all businesses and residences on the following side streets:
- Maryann Lane
- Danita Lane
- Currier Street
- Pleasant Street
- Club Avenue
- Fair Acres Lane
The water is expected to be shut off on Tuesday, January 22, from 8:00 a.m. until about 5:30 p.m.
The city says customers affected will not have water service during the shut-down.
