Sgt. Joe Felix

SUTHERLIN, Ore. - A car rear-ended a school bus full of students Wednesday, and most of the students had left the scene by the time police arrived.

The crash happened in the 900 block of South Comstock Road.

"When the police arrived, we discovered a majority of the students that were on the bus had left the scene," Sgt. Joe Felix with Sutherlin Police said. "So we are kind of  concerned if there are some parents that have some questions pertaining to the accident. If there are, please contact us at the police department and we'll be more than happy to fill them in on the incident and what happened."
