EUGENE, Ore. - A former Shasta Middle School teacher and his twin brother are back in Lane County, charged with 20 counts each of encouraging child sex abuse.

Jody and Jacky Allard, both 42, were booked into the jail around 3 p.m. Thursday, according the Lane County Jail records.

The two were captured in Colorado in May.

They had been fugitives after the Department of Justice searched the home they shared on March 5.

Jody Allard, a teacher for 16 years, was put on leave from his job March 4.

Both men resigned as coaches with the Willamette Valley Babe Ruth via email the same day.

The brothers also ran the Willamette Valley Sports Academy.

Search warrant documents said there were pictures of underage boys engaged in sex posted to Instagram and Tumblr through an IP address traced back to the Allard home.
