ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Move over, brewers. Downtown wineries are an up-and-coming trend in the cities like San Francisco and New York City.
Business partners Dyson Demara and Scott Kelley wanted to be at the forefront of the trend, deciding to establish roots in downtown Roseburg with the Paul O'Brian Winery.
“We see Roseburg as having an incredible downtown that's just waiting to be re-developed," said Kelley.
“Our vision is really to provide an opportunity to come into our building alongside us. Like-minded businesses that can provide jobs and economic development to downtown,” said Kelley.
The duo is set to open the doors of Paul O'Brian Winery on Saturday, although they are still hiring the full staff for their tasting room.
