Koberstein says Andrews then forcibly raped and sodomized the 35-year-old female who lived there.
Authorities say the two were known to each other.
Andrews was arrested after an interview with detectives at around 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, and was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.
Andrews is being charged by authorities with first degree rape and first degree sodomy.
His bail is set at $750,000.
The door was also LOCKED this is why he has also been charged with burglary I as well.
Justice will be served for what you did to my sister and what you caused our family, but the thing is God uses all things for the good of His children and my sister will and is becoming a stronger, braver woman with even more faith than before. You however, WILL spend a very long time in jail, hopefully the rest of your life, because she isn't the only one you did this too, she is just the first one to be brave enough to do something about it. And as for the family of Donnie, stay away from my sister! She is the vicitm and I am sorry that this man is a monster, but how dare you make her feel as if SHE did something wrong by pressing charges! So glad this man if off the streets, finally!! Thank you Sandie for a job very well done! We appreciate you and all the time you put into this investigation!
what a big man, rape? hope you enjoy proson
