CafePress completes $30M deal for EZ Prints
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — CafePress Inc. said Wednesday that it completed its acquisition of EZ Prints Inc. with an initial cash payment of $30 million.
Buying EZ Prints adds an online shop, where customers can upload pictures and order prints, canvases, mugs and other personalized products, to the Louisville, Ky., company's arsenal. CafePress makes personalized T-shirts, coffee mugs and other products, which can be ordered from its website.
Under the agreement, CafePress may pay up to $10 million more based on revenue growth and other performance targets.
