Duck Football: Oregon's second opponent opens camp

By Dirk Weishaar

The Ducks second opponent of the season, Tennessee, opened training camp this week in Knoxville.

New head coach Derek Dooley takes over a squad that went 7-and-6 a year ago and returns just nine total starters.

Dooley will be counting on junior college transfer quarterback Matt Simms (son of former NFL quarterback Phil Simms) to run the offense, but admits it's a full scale building project in Knoxville.
