Eight Roseburg girls' soccer players received all-conference honors for their exploits on the field during the 2009 season.

Senior Shae Yuma and sophomores Brooke Strawn, Hannah Russo and Ally Swanson were named to the Southwest Conference's first-team. Senior Chelsea Heberling was a second-team selection and teammates Beka Lofstedt, Emma Krnacik and Mickey Frost were honorable mention.

Fifth-year head coach Adam Blue was named Coach of the Year after leading the Indians to an 11-6 record and a share of the conference title.

Player of the Year honors went to Sheldon's Taylor Housley.

The voting was done by the league's six head coaches.
