Corvallis, OR -- The Sutherlin girls had been one of the top teams in the state in recent years, but the Bulldogs were sent to the consolation bracket early this season with a 53-32 setback against Marist.

Nikki Demmers scored 20 points, and Allie Rodgers added 12 for the Spartans, who will face Central in the next round.
