Spring Tea Fundraiser
The "Calapooia Reflections Museum" would like to invite the community to our first annual "Spring Tea" May 20th, 2012. Time will be from 1 to 3:30PM. Our theme this year is "An English Garden". We will be having our tea at the "Sutherlin Community Building" 150 S Williamette St.; Sutherlin, Oregon. For more information about the event and tickets' call: Trudy Maenza at 541-315-1862 and Jo Barnes at 541-459-4522. All proceeds for this event benefit "Calapooia Reflections Museum'. Tickets and may be purchased at the museum, "Sutherlin Drugstore" and from museum board
members. We will not be selling tickets at the door. Only 80 tickets sell.
Adult tickets $10. Children 12 and under $4. Table of 8 $70(must sit a same table)Reserved as such.
We will be having a "Fanciest Hat Contest" with prizes. Feel free to wear your vintage clothing and hats. Easy listening music of the "Turn of the 19th Century" feel, and local history and stories will be provided by "Mark Barrata". Delicious desserts, sandwiches and beverage will be served.
