Douglas County Entrepreneur Fair

Umpqua Community College in collaboration with the Partnership for Economic Development planned and will be hosting the First Annual Douglas County Entrepreneur Fair on May 23rd. Dave Dahl, president and co-founder of Dave’s Killer Bread, will present the keynote address, sharing his encouraging story of being a former drug dealer who spent over 15 years in prison, and upon release desired to make a positive change in his life. Additionally, Dahl will speak about the company’s path to success with youth from a local alternative school, and other fair attendees. This event is open to the public and media.
