Bacchus hosts an early Oktoberfest for "Music on the Deck" at Pyrenees Winery (south). The Keynotes Oktoberfest Band will play danceable polkas, schottisches, waltzes, marches, & sing-alongs. Based in Roseburg, the quartet features Lavonne Knapp (accordion, vocals), Joe Ross (guitar, mandolin, hackbrett, vocals), Scott Van Atta (tuba, vocals), and Kip Page (drums, percussion).
