Patients' Rights Meeting

Oregon Patients Rights Association education and planning meeting. OPRA was formed in response to increasing problems with access to appropriate health care in our community. Attendees will learn about their rights as patients under various laws, as well as what to do when faced with inadequate or inappropriate care, or patient abuse.
