Lunchtime Pilates is dynamic 45-minute class, suitable for all levels, which will send you back to work with increased creativity, concentration and motivation! Pilates is a system of excercises designed to improve core strength. Pilates uses your own body's resistance to improve muscle tone, flexibility and posture.
