Event Description

A gourmet dinner & auction is planned for 5:30pm on Saturday, November 7th to benefit Umpqua Valley Christian School students (preschool-12th grade).

The silent auction begins at 5:30pm. A catered prime rib dinner will be served at 6:30pm, with a live auction to follow. Live music will be provided throughout the evening by pianist Kelsey Bohler.

Auction proceeds will go towards improvements at their new Deer Creek campus as well as to develop the educational environment of the students at Umpqua Valley Christian School.


Auction highlights include: Costa Rica vacation package; ½ hog; S.F. 49er tickets -50 yd line; 20’ vinyl swimming pool; ½ beef; Civil war tickets; Josh Bidwell autographed football; Guided fly fishing trip by Frank Moore; catered dinner for 12; Mt. Hood vacation package; original art; spa packages; children’s prince/princess party package; 10 yds rock; paintball party package; jewelry; equine packages; dinners @ local eateries & much, much more…….

Proxy bidding is available for those who cannot attend the auction.


Tickets are $40/each or $300 for a table of 8. Benefit is held at Winston Community Center. Tickets must be purchased in advance. UVC is a non-profit organization.
