Be among the first to view substance abuse prevention PSA's created by Douglas County youth! Truth, Lies & Videotapes is a youth media project hosted by UMPQUA PARTNERS designed to engage high shcool-age youth in the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse.
