We were driving home from town and noticed a large amount of dark smoke coming from down Highway 42, so Gary and I drove out to look at it and the house is completely engulfed in flames. The forest behind is also in danger.

yeah that was my house there was two dogs!!! they were my buddies one was a reddish brown miniature wiener dog and a black and brown pit bull_ lab Australian shepherd and blue heeler pup only like a year old that fire burnt my movie collection.

I was wondering y the local newscasters reporting on fire , didnt realize and mention the recent tragedy suffered by this family also hopefully to anitiate fund, in late july vehicular death was beloved mom and grandma of this family, please help

It is such a devestating thing to watch a loved ones house be destroyed. I just hope the community will pull together for this family and help with donations or a hand in the clean up!!! We love you guys and are here and you know it.

To bad they had to loose everything due to the fact that camasonly has a volunter department it took them way to long to get there. if the response time would have been sooner the dogs may have been saved...

I live on burma rd witch is east of Hard Cash lane ash from the fire was beeing blown east and landed in my yard I have alot of dry grass around my house so I had to watch for fire in my yard Thank you to the Camas Valley fire crews
