The South Umpqua High School Girls Bowling Team took first place in the Oregon State United States Bowling Congress District 5 competition at Caveman Bowl in Grants Pass. They advance to the State Championship competition at Lava Lanes in Bend, February 24-26. The South Umpqua Team consists of 6 girls: Kallista Fletcher, Teesha Ronan, Kaitlyn Van Heck, Kaelen Hurd, Aleasha Whittington and Stasha Cain.
