The day was beautiful, sunny, and warm out. One of the warmest days of the year in fact, my kids are home from Tricity Elementry School and are playing outside with friends. All of a sudden out of no where I hear thunder and my kids come running in to ask if I had just heard the thunder. The storm was very short with just little rain here in Myrtle Creek, OR but there were many reports of huge hail.
