So we left for the coast and a half hour later we came along the accident below. The accident had just happen and there were two fatality's. The little gray car was going between 65 and 70 mph and passing everyone in sight. When he tried to pass a line of 3 cars on a corner. He hit the large black truck head on. Neither the driver or his passenger were wearing their seat belts. Both the driver and the passenger in the car were DOA. Both the driver and passenger of the truck we alright, the passenger was taken was a by ambulance for observation.

Sad! Hwy 138 east & west take a lot of lives each year. Many of which could have been avoided with a little care and less speed. Life passes us by too quickly on it's own, it needs no help. Prayers of comfort to the families of the deceased.

I was there just after it happened. Before we called 911. But were ushered through just before they got there. It was horrid. I was three cars behind the crash. I will never forget what i saw today.
