I drove to N I-5 and saw lights down Garden Valley. I went to my appointment. Afterwards I went down Stephens to Jack in the Box and Garden Valley. Cops were surrounding an area farther South. I tried to take a picture, but I didn't have my good new camera. I guess everything is OK now. They should of warned drivers just getting off the freeway before they were stuck on Garden Valley turning onto Stephens.
