With only 2 seconds left and the score in the Riverhawks favor 73 to 72 against Mt. Hood a foul was called against a Riverhawk player as he attempted to cut off the inbound pass to a Mt. Hood player. Both ball and players arrived at the same place at the same time. And unfortunately for UCC a 2 shot penalty was called against the Riverhawks player and both free throws found the basket giving the Riverhawks the loss 73 to 74 in a very close and exciting game from start to finish.
